Dr. Wade has 17 years of experience in the medical device and diagnostic field. He earned a Ph.D. in Biomechanics from Auburn University, a post-doctoral fellowship in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Mississippi. Dr. Wade developed and served as Chief Science Officer of Orthokinematics and Statera Spine, focused on the optimization of diagnostic imaging of the spine. He served as Director of Research at the Andrews Institute for Sports Medicine and at Laser Spine Institute. Dr. Wade has actively been involved with early-stage medical-device startup companies and innovation in the musculoskeletal markets, such as Restore Medical and Plexitome Medical.
